How much does carpet cleaning cost?
It depends on the number of rooms, the size of the area, and what needs doing. Most standard 3-bedroom homes fall between $150-$350 for carpet steam cleaning. Jin will give you an exact quote before you book, so you know exactly what you’re paying. No surprises on the day.
Is carpet cleaning safe for my kids and pets?
Yes. We use non-toxic, plant-based, eco-friendly cleaning products on every job. No harsh chemicals, no strong fumes. Your kids can crawl on the carpet and your pets can roll on it within a couple of hours of us finishing.
Can you get pet urine smell out of carpet?
We can. Regular cleaning won’t cut it though, which is why we offer a specialised pet urine treatment. Jin uses a UV light to locate every affected spot (even ones you can’t see), then applies an enzyme-based treatment that breaks down the urine and eliminates the odour at the source. It’s a separate treatment from standard cleaning, so let us know when you book.
How long does carpet cleaning take?
Most homes take between 1-3 hours depending on the number of rooms and the level of soiling. For steam cleaning, carpets are dry and ready to walk on in about 4-6 hours. For dry cleaning, you can walk on them within an hour.
I've used other carpet cleaners and the stains came back. What's different?
Stains come back when a cleaner only treats the surface and leaves residue in the fibres. The residue attracts dirt and the stain reappears within days. We use proper extraction methods that remove the cleaning solution along with the dirt, so there’s no sticky residue left behind. That’s why the results last.
Do you do end-of-lease carpet cleaning?
We do, and it’s one of our most common bookings. Jin will make sure the carpets meet your property manager’s standards. We can also provide a receipt for your records.
What's included in the price?
Every job includes free organic stain treatment (for coffee, wine, food stains) and free general deodorising. You don’t pay extra for those. Pet urine treatment is a specialised service with an additional charge, and Jin will quote you on that separately if needed.
