You'll get a confirmation email, a reminder text on the morning of your appointment, and another text when Jin is on his way. You can even live-track the van so you know exactly when to expect him.
Step 3 - Jin Gets to Work
Jin arrives on time, assesses the job, and walks you through the plan. Then he gets stuck into it. Steam, dry clean, stain treatment, deodorising - whatever your carpets need. Most homes take 1-3 hours depending on the size.
Step 4 - Walk On Clean Carpets
